In this paper, by using chlorine vinegar resin and polyurethane acrylate resin combination and the addition of optical storage materials, light after guarantee uv-curable under the premise of high adhesion and abrasion resistance, good balance the flexibility and luminous coating and corrosion resistance, overall improve the performance of the use of soft base material, greatly expand the application field of uv curing luminous coating.

2 experimental methods

  1. Instruments and materials for experiments

Instruments: UV light solid machine, constant temperature and humidity box, electronic scale, beaker, glass rod, air compressor, spray gun, Photoluminescent film impactor (QCJ type).

Materials: acrylic resin, chloro-vinegar resin, luminous powder, fillers, photoinitiators, additives, solvents.

(1) when the type and content of chloro-acetate resin remain unchanged, and the same content but different types of polyurethane acrylic resin are used in the formula, the performance of Photoluminescent film does not have much difference, and the flexibility is determined by the type of polyurethane selected;

(2) when the type and content of chloro-acetate resin remain unchanged and the same type but different content of polyurethane acrylic resin is used in the formula, the flexibility of Photoluminescent film increases with the increase of polyurethane content;

(3) when the type and content of polyurethane acrylic resin remain the same, but different types of chloroacetate resin are used in the formula, the adhesion of Photoluminescent film basically does not have much difference, and other properties are relatively similar;

(4) when the type and content of polyurethane acrylic resin remain unchanged and the same type but different content of chloro-acetate resin is used in the formula, the flexibility of Photoluminescent film will become worse with the increase of chloro-acetate resin content, but the adhesion will increase with the increase of chloro-acetate resin content.

4 conclusion
In this paper, chloro-vinegar resin was introduced into UV Photoluminescent pigment powder with polyurethane acrylate resin as the main body. By adjusting the dosage of chloro-vinegar resin and matching with different types of polyurethane acrylate resin, the characteristics of UV Photoluminescent pigment such as high flexibility and high adhesion on soft substrate were achieved, which filled the gap in the market.
